This house was built in 2006 just on the border of a river called "Iton". You will have all the comfort you can expect from a modern house, (underfloor heating on both levels, electric blinds, private TV & bathroom in each room), living room, fully furnished kitchen etc. distributed on approximately 220 square meters.
First floor:

1 large living room/dining room of approx 50 m² with a large bay window overlooking the river and the terrace. When the weather allows you, you can spend your meal time on the terrace and use the provided barbecue.

1 large flat screen and a sound system.

3 bedrooms of 2 single beds including one disabled-friendly. Each of the bedrooms have their own TV and bathroom (shower, sink and toilet).
