The Cherottes Mill is a 600 square meters self catering cottage on four stages. Situated along the river "Iton", the Mill can accomodate up to 38 people. A second building , a half timbered house of 150m² with 10 beds allows to receive 48 of your friends together. 



First floor:

• 1 kitchen equipped of 2 large fridges, 1 countertop, 1 big professional gas stove of 4 fires and 2 oven.   

• a sink and a professional dishwasher (3 minutes cycle)

• Dining room for a maximum of 50 people. Everything needed to cook and eat is provided.

• 2  bedrooms with two single beds each. The second one is next to the jacuzzi and has its own shower and sink.

​Second floor:​

• 1 large reception room of approximately 140 square meters (20 meters long by 6.5 meters large) with a sound system (jack socket enabling you to connect every device you want like MP3, Phones, Computers etc.), air conditioning.  

​Third floor: 

• 7 bedrooms: 4 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 1 bedroom with one double bed and 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds.

• 5 of the 7 bedrooms have their own bathroom (shower and sink). For the others there is a common bathroom on the landing. 

​Fourth floor:

• 2 bedrooms of 4 single beds, each one with its own bathroom (bathtub and sink).

• 1 dormitory of 10 single beds with its bathroom of 3 showers.

In the 50's this house used to be the garage of the Mill. It was rearranged by François in the 80's. The surface area is about 140 square meters.



First floor: 

• 1 equipped kitchen 

• 1 large living room with a fire place, a snooker pool, a quarter-queue Pleyel piano, a TV, 2 single beds

• 1 bathroom

• 1 WC



Second floor:

• 3 bedrooms : one bedroom with 2 single beds, one bedroom with 3 single beds and one bedroom of 4 single beds with its own bathroom (WC, sink, shower).
